As your piece is handmade, please allow up 2-6 weeks production time. Sometimes this may be longer depending on the peice being made and workload at the time. More than often it is sooner. If you would like your jewellery by a specific date, please email me and I will do my up most best to ensure it gets to you on time.

All packages are shipped from England via Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed. Please note, I can not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen.

If you're in the UK, your jewellery will be sent by Special Delivery Tracked and Signed for which is fully insured and trackable. ( PLEASE NOTE….this service does not always guarantee your jewellery will arrive the following day, it just means that your package is fully insured meaning I can replace it if it goes missing in the post.) International packages will be sent by Royal Mail Intl 'Tracked and Signed' which aims to deliver between 5-7 working day. Please note that this is standard shipping and despite the available tracking information it is NOT an insured option. If you would like to insure your package please email me straight away.. Prices vary depending on the overall value of your item. Please note some countries will incur an import tax that i can not be responsible for.

Return Policy

 Because each piece is handmade to order, I cannot accept returns.  

I recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order as all sales are final. 

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt. I will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you.

 TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

Your jewellery, if worn regularly should keep untarnished, however if you find it needs to be cleaned the best way is with clear, unscented soap and a soft toothbrush. Silver jewellery can also be cleaned with a polishing solution and I recommend Hegarty’s Silver Foam that you can easily find online. Please avoid any stones.

Solid gold jewellery can be cleaned with a soft brush and gentle soap.

If your piece requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition please do not hesitate to email me. Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a repair fee. After this window, there will be a fee depending on materials and the extent of the repair. 

Using the highest quality materials and process, Gold Vermeil is far more durable than other gold plated options and can last for years. However, if worn continuously (especially rings) the gold plate can start to wear away after 6 months. I do offer a re dipping service.

To maintain the Gold Vermeil finish for as long as possible, I recommend you….

Remove jewellery when washing your hands, showering or swimming because water and chemicals can affect the longevity of the gold plating. This is especially important for rings, as they suffer wear and tear much more than other jewellery types since we use our hands all day.
